Launch Community Viewpoints and Awareness Blog

Our blog offers the opportunity for our community to (1) see updates from the organization, (2) learn about relevant health equity news, and (3) engage with stories from other community members. This third category is the one we are most excited about. We are calling it “Launching Dialogue,” which gives space to both healthcare providers and members of the community to share their experiences with health and medicine in Lancaster. We want to amplify the voices of those who feel left out of the healthcare system and show what it’s like from inside the clinic. Hearing from others builds trust in healthcare and understanding about the opportunities and limitations of the resources available. Uplifting stories gives confidence to patients who have long been skeptical of healthcare, and personal stories about a difficult time in healthcare illuminates areas where the community can grow and improve.
